Overview of the course
Happiness is more than fleeting pleasure; it is a deeper, more sustainable state influenced by our strengths, values, and behaviours. While external circumstances and genetics play a role, research suggests that a significant portion of our wellbeing is within our control.
This workshop is designed for healthcare professionals seeking to deepen their understanding of wellbeing, resilience, and interpersonal dynamics. Led by an experienced Positive Psychology Practitioner, it provides a blend of theory and practical application, equipping participants with tools to enhance both personal and professional resilience and fulfilment.
