Overview of the course
This comprehensive programme is designed to equip health and care staff with the essential skills needed for delivering safe, compassionate, and high-quality care. Based on the ‘Care Certificate’, this 2-day course uses a blended learning approach to support healthcare staff with the practical knowledge of caring for people.

Course lead
This course is led by one of our specialist Clinical Nurse Educators, who bring extensive experience and expertise to the training.
Target audience
Ideal for health and care support workers who are new to care, returning to practice, or new to working in the UK before they begin providing care independently. This course is also suitable for registered healthcare professionals returning to patient-facing roles who may have been out of practice for some time or are new to practice in the UK.
